I've been immersed in the hospitality world for the past 15 years of my life, and specifically in the Berlin world of gastronomy since 2016, managing various restaurants with a strong focus on hosting. From the intricate dishes of the Far East to the hearty classics of the West, my culinary journey has been a fusion of diverse influences.
The Bedouin culture places immense value on hospitality, a sentiment deeply embedded in my upbringing. Moving to Berlin, I found myself yearning for the warmth of both flavors and friendliness that defined my childhood. So, I decided to channel my love for food into a personal journey, crafting Bedouin dining experiences that transport you to the heart of my heritage. My food reflects a blend of cultures where each dish tells a story that is very close to my heart.
